Security & Privacy
Your bid history is competitive information. We treat it that way.
Below is what is actually implemented in the current private beta — and, just as importantly, what we do not claim.
Implemented Today
Current beta architecture
Each contractor organization's private information is separated from other organizations.
Authenticated accounts
Access requires an authenticated user account.
Organization-level separation
Data is scoped to the organization that owns it.
Server-side row-level security
Access rules are enforced on the server, not in the browser.
Private file storage
Uploaded documents are stored scoped to your organization.
Role-based permissions
Team members see and do what their role allows.
Organization-specific export
Your organization can export its own data.
Data Handling
Customer private data is not intended to be exposed to other contractors.
Any future industry benchmarking would be explicit opt-in, and data would be anonymized and aggregated before any cross-company use.
What We Do Not Claim
No certifications we have not earned
Preconexa is a private-beta product. We will not claim compliance certifications unless and until they are independently verified.
- SOC 2
- ISO 27001
- HIPAA
- FedRAMP
- PCI certification
None of the above are currently claimed. If your organization has specific security review requirements for beta participation, contact the Preconexa Beta Team and we will tell you plainly what exists today.
Private Beta
Help build the platform you wish you already had.
Preconexa Electrical is accepting a small group of electrical contractors into its private beta. Beta access is currently free.
